Proceeds help to fund local community groups, cancer, sight, poverty, hunger, domestic violence, disability, youth programs, scholarships, environmental projects, police and fire, veterans and more.
VIP Experience
6:00 pm- 7:00 pm
- Specialty whiskey tasting from Lost Woods Whiskey Company, one of the most decorated American Single Malt whiskey brands, presented by Tom Schaeppi, Founder.
- Luxury wine tasting featuring Napa Valley's Duckhorn Vintners presented by Jason Newell from Lunds & Byerlys Maple Grove.
- Sip and Sample souvenir glass.
- $65/ticket includes the whole evening.
Tasting Event
7:00 - 9:00 pm
- Enjoy a variety of beer, wine, spirits, food, hors-d’oeuvres and desserts from local businesses.
- $45/ticket includes entrance into the lounge.
Lions Lounge
7:30 - 10:00 pm
- Relax and wind down in our lounge.
- Includes live music and dancing by Vinnie Rose.
Auction

- Bidding begins Saturday, February 15th and Closes March 8th at 8:30 pm.
- Need not be present at the event to participate in the auction.
Mystery Raffle
- $20/bag, limited quantity.
- Choose a unique mystery bag worth up to $50.

If available, General Admission tickets may be purchased at the door for $50.

Is there a minimum age requirement to enter the event?
Yes, you must be at least 21 years of age to attend.
What should I bring to the event?
A Valid ID is required to enter the event. We also recommend bringing additional funds for the online silent auction and mystery raffle.
How does online auction work?
- https://maplegrovelions.betterworld.org/auctions/sip-sample
- The online begins February 15th and will close at 8:30 pm on March 8th.
- Winners may pick up their items before leaving the Sip and Sample event.
- This is a public auction. A link is also available on our Lions website for those who are unable to attend the event.
How does the mystery raffle work?
- Tickets are $20 each.
- Purchase limit equals the total number of unique mystery bags to choose from.
- Items are Food and Beverage related up to $50 value.
Do I need a printed ticket?
- No, just show your receipt on your phone so we can check you in with your QR code.
Is parking available?
- Free parking is available at the Maple Grove Community Center and nearby businesses.
- Rideshare options are also available through Uber, Lyft, Taxis or Maple Grove Transit.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not available for this event. All sales are final with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the local Maple Grove Community.
Is my ticket transferable?
Yes, as long as the new ticket holder is 21+ with a valid ID.
